If it is on the site then it is in-stock and will ship within 2 business days. In the rare occasion that a product is not immediately available, we will notify you of the expected delay by email.
We use the USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service for most orders but in some cases we must use FedEx. FedEx requires a phone number for the recipient which means we will be emailing you for that number prior to shipping.
Oh No! was it not all you expected? It could happen... Get it back to us within 15 days for an exchange or refund. We will be looking for the original packaging, tags and of course the item in beautiful unharmed condition. At that point, we shall issue a refund (minus shipping charges) in the same form that the original payments was made.
Our custom items such as, family pendants, photo restoration & picture framing are not refundable services. We walk closely with our customers during the design process so there are no surprises in the end.
Please give us the heads-up by email and let us know the reason for a return so we can prepare for processing. Any unannounced packages showing up at our door will be considered Gifts... Fair enough?
